Deliveries and Shipping

Deliveries for SBC Summit Malta 2026 should be received no earlier than Friday 24th. Please inform lucy.brackpool@sbcgaming.com

Any deliveries to your stand on show open days must be completed and your vehicle removed from the loading areas no later than half an hour before the show opening time. The venue will not allow the show to open if vehicles are blocking fire exit routes and trolleys are not permitted on the exhibition floor during open hours in consideration of public safety.

If you are expecting goods to be delivered by courier, please ensure that they are aware of the dates of the show and hall opening times. Deliveries made before the show is in tenancy will not be accepted by the venue.

All parcels must be addressed to Lucy Brackpool with the event clearly marked on every parcel -  Please ensure that you include your name, company name, stand number and contact details to the parcels. SBC cannot take responsibility for deliveries and cannot speak to your courier on your behalf.

Exhibitors must be available on the stand to accept and sign for deliveries. If you cannot be at your stand to receive your delivery please contact the official forwarder to arrange for them to accept your delivery.
