Contractor Access & PPE
Contractor Wristbands are required ONLY for personnel entering the exhibition during the Build Up and/or Breakdown periods, such as delivery drivers or stand contractors. When you arrive at the venue, you must go to the ‘Contractor Wristband Collection Point’ in Pavillion 3 and the onsite security team will provide you with contractor wristbands. It is also essential you register any one who will be assembling the stand, please complete the following form, failute to do so may delay your entrance into the building.
Please register contractor names via the following form NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 24 FEBRUARY: Contractor Access Form . Please ensure you keep the template in the same format and upload to the form. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR OWN DOCUMENT OR CHANGE THE FORMAT.
You will not have access to the hall unless you are wearing the correct PPE:
Protective gloves
High visibility jackets
Safety helmet - Hard Hats
Safety boots - Steel toe cap boots
Safety goggles (for activities involving particle projection)
Safety harness (for working at height above 2 meters)
Vehicle Access
To ensure a smooth build and breakdown experience, we will use Voyage Control to manage all vehicle movements into and out of the loading bay. The exhibition hall will be split into tiers and timeslots prior to the event and you will be able to book your loading slot. Please ensure you stick to your allocated time slot, those leaving vehicles for long periods of time will be subject to fines. Voyage Control will go live approximately 4 weeks before build-up commences. Vehicles will not get access unless they have booked a slot on Voyage Control.

Access to RioCentro for vehicles will be via G-gate, where you will be sent to the G carpark marshalling area. Your vehicle will need to wait there until your loading slot is available and you will be called round to the loading bay.
Note: You will need to collect your contractor wristbands before you enter the hall.
