Stand Build Guidelines & Information

This event has ended.

All stands at SBC Summit Rio 2026 are ‘‘Space only”. Space Only Booth means you have rented a space on the exhibition floor. There is no walling, floor covering or booth fittings provided, therefore, you are responsible for organising all of this at your own cost. The design of your booth is your responsibility and must be such that it can be erected and dismantled within the time available; please refer to the exhibition timetable for the build-up and breakdown schedule and in accordance with the booth build regulations.

All booths will require complete outside walling. It is the responsibility of the booth owner to complete and not the neighbouring companies responsibility.

When you arrive on-site the area of the booth will be marked out on the venue floor. It is your responsibility to ensure that the booth is built to the correct floor markings. If you are unsure of these please contact the organiser’s office before commencing build.

The maximum stand height is 6m tall, you are permitted to have rigging in addition, however, the height of the stand + rigging should not exceed 8m tall. This is measured from the venue floor to the top of the banner / truss.

Rigging is limited in Rio Centro, due to the weight loadings of each arial point. Please take this into consideration when creating your stand designs.  In Pavilion 4; the weight per aerial point is 45kg.

All rigging MUST be carried out by Rio Centro and MUST be signed off by them. Please check the instructions for rigging structures and send all the requested documents through the virtual shop – rigging section, or to cabos.riocentro@glbr.com.br, whenever the project is approved, we will charge the price on the SBC Store:
