The SBC Rio store will enable you to order all the essential services for your exhibition needs, including:

Please note: This is also where your stand builder will need to submit the stand plan along with all required supporting documents and complete payment of the stand inspection fee.
You will be sent a welcome email from 4foreverything, which will contain your login details
To generate your password please do the following:
- Password generation: Click on this link https://shop.4foreverything.com/forgot-password and enter the same email address to which you have logged in to the event portal.
- Automated email receipt: Upon clicking "Generate Password," you will receive an automated email containing a link to customize your password.
- Customization and access: Click on the link in the automated email to customize your password and enter the virtual shop.
Service Contracting - Deadline's and Surcharge Information
The Early Bird price will apply to orders confirmed and paid by 23rd January 2026
Between 24th January and 12th February, prices will have a 25% surcharge. Certain products may be subject to availability.
Orders confirmed and paid after February 12th will have a 50% surcharge and will be subject to availability.
Rigging Contracting
Please check the instructions for rigging structures and send all the requested documents through the rigging section in the virtual shop or directly to cabos.riocentro@glbr.com.br, if/when the project is approved the charge will be added to your account in the virtual shop.
Please note that the last day for rigging contracting is 7th February, if the project is sent afterwards or is incorrect, we cannot guarantee the installation.

Log in & start your order
Log in to the virtual shop to order additional services or furniture for your stand. You must go through all steps of the page by clicking “Next step”—you will not be able to check out or pay until all steps are completed. The stand inspection fee will be automatically added to your cart (mandatory for all space-only stands).

Select electricity
Electricity is mandatory for all stands, so you must select an electrical option to continue. If you already have a stand package or don’t require electricity, please contact sbcrio@4foreverything.com

Checkout & submit plans
After completing all steps, proceed to Checkout to review and pay for your order. Once payment is completed, you’ll see a link to submit your stand plans and documentation. If you need this link earlier, contact 4ForEverything or your Customer Success Manager (inspection fee payment is still required via the shop).
