Contractor Access & PPE
Contractor Wristbands are required ONLY for personnel entering the exhibition during the Build Up and/or Breakdown periods, such as delivery drivers or booth contractors. When you arrive at the venue, you must go to the ‘Contractor Wristband Collection Point’ (see map below) in the loading dock and the onsite security team will provide you with contractor wristbands.
You will not have access to the hall unless you are wearing the correct PPE:
Protective gloves
High visibility jackets
Safety helmet - Hard Hats
Safety boots - Steel toe cap boots
Safety goggles (for activities involving particle projection)
Safety harness (for working at height above 2 meters)
Vehicle Access
To ensure a smooth build and breakdown experience, we will use a Voyage Control to manage all vehicle movements into and out of the loading docks. The Expo Group will reach out directly with your move in timeslot . Everyone will move in via the West Ramp; See map below for directions to the Marshaling Yard.
Note: You will need to collect your contractor wristbands before you enter the hall.
How to Get to the WEST Ramp (North Building)
Coming from the west, exit the Gardiner Expressway at Spadina Ave. and head north (make a left turn on Spadina). Next, make a right onto Adelaide St. W., followed by a right onto John St. Continue on John St. and immediately after crossing Front St. W. go straight up onto the ramp.
Coming from the east, get onto Lakeshore Blvd. W. and turn right onto York St., which becomes University Ave. Continue onto University Ave., then turn left onto Richmond St. W., and then make another left onto John St. Continue on John St. and immediately after crossing Front St. W. go straight up onto the ramp.
