Deliveries and Shipping

Deliveries for SBC Summit Canada should not arrive at the MTCC before Monday 18 May, any deliveries sent prior to this will be turned away.  

Any deliveries to your stand on show open days must be completed and your vehicle removed from the loading areas no later than half an hour before the show opening time. The venue will not allow the show to open if vehicles are blocking fire exit routes and trolleys are not permitted on the exhibition floor during open hours in consideration of public safety. 

If you are expecting goods to be delivered by courier, please ensure that they are aware of the dates of the show and hall opening times. Deliveries made before the show is in tenancy will not be accepted by the venue.

Advanced Warehouse

If you would like to send items to the advanced warehouse, they will be accepting shipments from now until May 8, 2026. 

  • To ensure timely arrival of your materials at show site‚ freight should arrive by the deadline date noted on the Quick Facts. Freight will be accepted after the deadline date‚ however additional charges will apply.
  • The warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday, except holidays. Refer to the Quick Facts for warehouse hours.
  • The warehouse will accept crates‚ cartons‚ skids‚ trunks/cases and carpets/pads. Loose or pad-wrapped material must be  sent directly to show site.
  • All shipments must have a bill of lading or delivery slip indicating the number of pieces‚ type of merchandise and weight.
  • All shipments must be accompanied by certified weight tickets. Shipments received without these certified scale tickets will be rejected by The Expo Group.
  • Shipments received without receipts or freight bills, such as Federal Express and UPS, will be delivered to the booth without guarantee of piece count or condition.
  • Warehouse freight is typically delivered to the booth prior to exhibitor set up.
  • All shipments to the advance warehouse or show site must be marked PREPAID on your bill of lading. Any Collect shipments will be refused, and Exhibitor/EAC/Shipper shall be liable for any shipping charges or expenses related thereto.

Direct to Show Site

If you would like to send items direct to show site, they will be accepting shipments starting May 18, 2026. Anything that arrives at the Convention Center before this date will be turned away.  

  • Freight will be accepted only during exhibitor move-in.
  • Please refer to the Quick Facts for the specific exhibitor move-in dates and times.
  • All shipments must have a bill of lading or delivery slip indicating the number of pieces‚ type of merchandise and weight.
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
  • Shipments received without receipts or freight bills, such as Federal Express and UPS, will be delivered to the booth without guarantee of piece count or condition.
