Time Blocks: Cost to Contractor
Super Early Bird
If booked prior to 31st July 2026, the below super early bird rates will be charged (€500+VAT per hour):

Early Bird
If booked prior to 31st August 2026, the below early bird rates will be charged (€750+VAT per hour):

If booked after 31st August 2026, or on-site, costs will increase significantly. These costs will be available closer to the event.
Booking ProcessAll late night working bookings to be emailed to: receivables@sportglobal.com with the following info:

Contractors must sign the Late Night Working Contract as part of the process. This will be sent for signature upon receiving the booking request.
Failure to sign the contract will result in no late night working permit being issued.
SBC reserves the right to refuse late night working at its discretion.
Do not book a late night working slot before your loading date - Your late night booking will be cancelled if it’s earlier than your loading slot.
Payment Terms
The late night working fee must be paid in full (100%) within 2 days of receiving our invoice.
Unpaid bookings will not be granted access for late working and will be cancelled. If on-site late night working is requested thereafter, the on-site charges will apply
