Contractor Access & PPE
Contractor Wristbands are required ONLY for personnel entering the exhibition during the Build Up and/or Breakdown periods, such as delivery drivers or booth contractors. When you arrive at the venue, you must go to the ‘Contractor Wristband Collection Point’ (see map below) in the loading dock and the onsite security team will provide you with contractor wristbands. It is also essential you register any one who will be assembling the booth, please complete the following form, failure to do so may delay your entrance into the building.

You will not have access to the hall unless you are wearing the correct PPE:
Protective gloves
High visibility jackets
Safety helmet - Hard Hats
Safety boots - Steel toe cap boots
Safety goggles (for activities involving particle projection)
Safety harness (for working at height above 2 meters)
Access
For security reasons, booth contractors and exhibitors will require passes in order to gain access to the venue for both build-up and breakdown
Contractor Wristbands
Contractor Wristbands are required by any personnel that will be entering the exhibition during the Build-up and/or Breakdown periods (e.g. delivery drivers or booth contractors). Wristbands will only be distributed to EACs with previously received/approved EAC Work Authorization form, a valid Certificate of Insurance, and a copy of the additional insured endorsements required on the primary and excess/umbrella general liability policies on file. Wristbands give approved EACs access to the show floor during Exhibitor move-in and move-out hours only. Wristbands must be worn at all times and visible to security and show management personnel.
If you plan on hiring a service contractor(s) other than the official contractor selected by SBC, you must submit the EAC authorization form which can be found in the Exhibitor Kit : https://expoportal.com/202509026/home
Vehicle Access
To ensure a smooth build and breakdown experience, we will use a Marshaling Yard to manage all vehicle movements into and out of the loading bay. Once there is space available in the loading bays The Expo Group staff will release you to the loading dock to be unloaded. See map below for directions to the Marshaling Yard. You. must enter the Port Terminal via Eisenhower Blvd through Checkpoint 6. From there see the map for and signage directionals for entrance into marshaling yard off of 22nd Street.
Note: You will need to collect your contractor wristbands before you enter the hall.
