Material Handling (or drayage) is the transport, safeguarding, and storage of exhibition materials from your shipping provider to your exhibit space at the venue. With our per pound pricing model, we’ve made it easy for you to estimate your Material Handling charges.
How do I estimate my material handling charges?
• Charges will be based on the weight of your shipment. Each shipment received is billed individually. All shipments are subject to reweigh.
• Locate the rate that applies to your shipment(s) on the Material Handling Form then multiply the rate by the weight of your shipment in pounds.
• The above services‚ whether used completely or in part‚ are offered as a package and the charges will be based on the total
inbound weight of the shipment.

Description of Larger Casino Gaming Equipment (for Charging & Material Handling Classification)
Larger casino gaming equipment refers to high-value, bulky, and often electronically complex machines designed for use in commercial gaming environments. These devices typically weight anywhere from 300-500lbs in weight and require careful handling during transportation, installation, and maintenance. Make sure that these items are packed separately (on a different pallet than other items) in order to be accurately charged and avoid any confusion on site.

• Multi-station gaming terminals
• Large-format video poker or keno machines
• Progressive jackpot banks
• Redemption kiosks and cash handling machines
