STANDS HAVE DIFFERENT LOAD-IN TIMES SCHEDULES. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GUARANTEED TIME SLOT UNTIL YOU COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING IN VOYAGE CONTROL AND RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR STAND LOCATION, AS REGULATIONS VARY.

PREFERRED LOAD IN TIMES MAY BE UNAVAILABLE DUE TO SLOT LIMITATIONS - THE STAND BUILDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE STAND IS COMPLETED, EVEN IF THE PREFERRED LOAD IN TIME IS NOT AVAILABLE.

STAND DESIGN SUBMISSION

When designing your stand please be aware that if your stand is complex, your design submission deadline is 17 July 2025. Complex stands include higher walls than 4 metres, rigging and much more. Check here for: Complex Stand Regulations.
