Praça FIL is the square, directly next to Pavilion 1. Due to the square’s structural design, the stands inside have slightly different restrictions to stands in the halls. These restrictions include a maximum build height of 3.5m (including the platform), a floor load capacity of maximum 200kg/m2, no rigging, no double-decker structures, and no use of forklifts and/or cherry pickers inside the square. Please note, this area is outside and is partially covered by part of the venue canopy roof, however we suggest you build your stand with a tent / roof to protect from potential rain.
Praça FIL will be open to general attendees from Tuesday 16th until Thursday 18th September 2025.

Stand Regulations
Stand build must be completed by Sunday 14th September at 20:00. No structural works can be carried out after this time.
Late night working past closing time 20:00 will not be permitted on any build days.

Please note: because of floor loading limitations its mandatory to have a technical floor supported by wood to distribute the weight of the booth or other structures.

Electrical Power
The maximum available electrical power for each exhibition stand in Praça FIL is 32 AMP (32A), equivalent to a total power capacity of 7.36 kW (kilowatts).
Any electrical setup exceeding the 32A limit will not be permitted.

Please note that each stand has its own unique access schedule. To check your unique build schedule please click here. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor and builder to ensure that the stand is constructed and dismantled within the allocated time frame (Reminder: all build to be completed by Sunday 14th, 20:00).
